The top price for properties to purchase with Co-Ownership has now increased to £180,000 or £225,000 depending on the council area in Northern Ireland.

Alan Crowe, Chief Executive of Co-Ownership Housing, says " People across the province, who were driving past FOR SALE signs knowing the prices were too high for co-ownership to help them, can now take new heart in their search for a home.   This increase will allow them to get out there and place their bid"

In an additional boost to potential and existing Co-Ownership home owners, monthly rents have been reduced for the second year running.
